Ingredients

For the Farmer’s Choice Chicken Maxi Dogs:

  • 4 grilled Farmer’s Choice Chicken Maxi Dogs
  • Toasted Hotdog Buns
  • 2 oz. Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 oz. Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 tbsp. Relish

Slaw

  • ½ cup thinly sliced Red Cabbage
  • ½ cup shredded White Cabbage
  • 1 tsp. chopped Cilantro
  • 1 tsp. Sugar
  • 1 tsp. Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp. Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp. Mustard

Preparation Instructions

Make slaw: mix together all the ingredients in the bowl and let sit for 10 minutes.

Assemble the Farmer’s Choice Chicken Maxi Dogs. On each freshly toasted bun, sprinkle 1 tablespoon of cheddar cheese on the bottom, then top each with grilled hotdog, slaw, relish and parmesan cheese.
