Rhonda has been leading HIPAC’s Human Resources department since 2013. She brought with her, several years’ experience in functions including Recruitment & Selection, Training, Performance Management, Industrial Relations and Negotiations.

Rhonda holds a MSc. Degree with Distinction in Labour & Employment Relations and a BSc. In Sociology and Law – both from the University of the West Indies. In addition, she holds a Certificate in Paralegal Studies and Advanced Law from the Barbados Community College. She has also attended many seminars in Labour Administration, Employment Relations, Conciliation, Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Rhonda loves to dance, sometimes even shaking a leg alone on the dancefloor. She enjoys snacking on the Farmer’s Choice Spicy Crispy Chicken Fillets but Rhonda’s true love lies with a Farmer’s Choice ham.
