Melissa joined the HIPAC family in June 2019 as Production Manager before being promoted to Operations Manager in October 2023. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Texas Tech University in the USA where she attended on a full track scholarship.

Her professional career began in the Fire Protection Engineering industry as a Project Manager before furthering her education with an MBA in Management from Wayland Baptist University, where she found a love for the Food and Beverage industry.

Melissa is recognized as a results-driven, value-oriented leader who leverages her knowledge of food processing, manufacturing and engineering systems to drive operational excellence. She is skilled in closing departmental gaps, identifying and implementing process improvements, and fostering lean operating environments.

While working for some well-known Bajan manufacturing companies previously, Melissa is proud to claim the Farmer’s Choice brand as the very best and the dearest to her heart because of the quality, dedication and love each product is made with.
