Cherise Griffith, a Barbados Scholar, is Head of Finance at HIPAC.

Her professional journey began in auditing at a Big 4 firm where she completed her ACCA Designation with all first time passes. Shortly after being recognized as a Caribbean Top Performer, she joined HIPAC in September 2021 as an Accountant. Her exceptional dedication led her to the role of Financial Controller, officially appointed in October 2023, after being awarded Supervisor of the Year in 2022.

Not just a financial wiz, Cherise is a leader with a heart for people and a passion for quality. Her commitment to team development is unwavering, as she dedicates time to ensuring her colleagues learn and grow. She thrives on meeting deadlines while motivating her peers to achieve the company’s mission of delivering “nothing less than the best.” Her relentless pursuit of high-quality work, keen attention to detail and valuable financial and technological insights makes her an invaluable asset to the senior management team.

Outside of work, Cherise looks forward to fun games nights which help to satisfy her competitive spirit. She also enjoys traveling and trying new foods. However, it is no secret that she thoroughly enjoys the company’s products.
