Edward has been a valuable part of the Quality Department since 1990. Coming from the UK, he joined HIPAC as a Microbiologist, today Edward heads the Quality team and drives innovation and new product development. Specializing in areas of Food Quality, Food Safety, Product Development and Nutrition has allowed him to be involved in many interesting projects while HIPAC has grown, as an organization, over the years. Edward is delighted to be working with a ‘home-grown’ company that prioritizes Customer Satisfaction above everything else. Outside of work he has visited more than 30 Caribbean countries, allowing him to develop a better appreciation of Caribbean food and culture.
