Glenroy Cave is a Production Manager with over 35 years of experience at HIPAC Limited. His journey with the company began as a Production Worker, and through a positive attitude and tireless energy, he committed himself to becoming well-versed in all aspects of the organization—an effort that has fuelled his professional advancement.

In his current role, Glenroy oversees the day-to-day operations of the production department, ensuring that the highest quality products are consistently delivered. Some of these products include Farmer’s Choice Picnic Hams, Farmer’s Choice Chicken Nuggets, and Farmer’s Choice BBQ Wings, among others.

Dedicated to fostering a safe and balanced work environment, he strives to support employees in meeting production targets effectively. Outside of work, Glenroy enjoys tinkering with electronics and watching home building TV shows.
