New to the food industry, Tony welcomed the opportunity to work in the dynamic environment that HIPAC provided.  He is well versed in industries that require a creative, multi-disciplinary approach to addressing issues and providing support to the key players. No time for the Food Network but Tony rates the episode of Tool Time where Tim, the “Tool Man”, Taylor puts a bigger motor on a food processor as “classic.”
