- Chop veggie hotdogs 1/4 inch thick, chop the carrot, red pepper, broccoli, red cabbage and onion to your liking then rest aside.
- In a large pot add 1 tbsp of vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste and bring to a boil. Add the chowmein and let it boil for 5-6 minutes then strain.
- Heat a large non-stick frying pan add the vegetable oil and your chopped vegetables, corn, spices and sauté until fragrant. Add the veggie hotdogs and fry them for approximately 6-8 minutes.
- Add chowmein and soy sauce to the pan, mix together and serve!
