- Shred or chop boneless ham
- Cook pasta in boiling water until Al dente (cooked but still with a bit of texture) Approx 9 mins on average (though different types pastas will require different amount of times)
- In a pan, sauté your onions, garlic, ham, chili flakes.
- Add tomato and white wine and let reduce
- Add heavy cream and combine.
- Add cheese and herbs
- Add cooked pasta.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste
- Plate and enjoy!
