Sweet and Saucy Cocktail Sausage Pasta | Discover Barbados Recipes | Get Started | HIPAC Foods

Ingredients

  • 4 tins of Farmer’s Choice canned Cocktail Sausages
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 3oz Sweet Chili sauce
  • 1 diced onion
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp complete seasoning
  • 1 400g can of chopped tomatoes
  • 1 500g bag of fusilli or penne

Preparation Instructions

Add pasta to a pot of boiling salted water and cook until al dente (firm to the bite). 

Place oil in a frying pan, add onions and cocktail sausages and sauté until golden brown. 

Add garlic, tomatoes, sweet chilli and complete seasoning to the sausages and keep stirring. 

Add drained pasta and stir. Serve hot and enjoy!
